ZShop集品店隶属于新加坡报业控股(Singapore Press Holdings Limited,Singapore Press Holdings Ltd. Co.1000 Toa Payoh North, Singapore 318994)华文媒体集团属下的电商平台,使用ZShop服务时,请注意以下条款:

 

邮寄信息:

(更新)本店于2019年7月8日开始,仅提供 SingPost 的 Trackable Shipping,以及 M4 Solutions 的 Door-to-Door Service.

我们将会在您下单后的3个工作日(不含周末)将物品送去邮寄。根据SingPost的官方网站,物品将会在2 ~ 5个工作日内送达(不含周末)。M4 Solutions则会在您下订单后的1 ~ 2个工作日内(不含周末)将您的物品送达。

(2019年7月7日前)本店仅提供新加坡境内快递服务(SingPost),目前仅有两种邮寄方式,Standard shipping 和 Trackable shipping。

我们将会在您下单后的3个工作日(不含周末)将物品送去邮寄。而根据SingPost的网站,物品将会在2 ~ 5个工作日内送达(不含周末)。

我们也曾试过因未知原因物品约1个月左右才会抵达,因此若您有疑虑后急需,请使用Trackable Shipping,以便追查您的邮件。

另,请在下单时清楚准确地填写您的真实姓名、送货地址及联系方式。同时,如因下列情况造成订单延迟或无法配送等,ZShop集品店将无法承担责任:

1)您提供的信息错误或不够详细

2)货物送达无人签收

3)不可抗力,例如:自然灾害、骚乱、政府行为等

4)无需邮寄的商品

5)选择Singpost普通邮寄方式而货物迟迟未送达等因素

 *注:如在佳节期间购买,送货时间可能会有所延迟,本店也会另行做出通知。

 

取消订单:

所有订单都将视为确定交易,ZShop目前只有在顾客错误重复购买同一物品时,能够提供退款。

若发现重复订购一物品,请即刻电邮ZShop(zshop@sph.com.sg)通知订单号码(若分两次订购,请提供两份订单号码)。ZShop在未出货的情况下,将可提供取消订单以及退款。

 

退货与款协议:

由于ZShop所售卖的商品都是容易损毁的,所以货物出门后,恕无法接受退货。唯一例外是只有在商品在送抵时已损毁,ZShop才能处理退款,敬请见谅。

遇到商品送抵时就以损毁的情况,请联同刚拆开的包装一起拍照,联同你的订单号码一起电邮给ZShop (zshop@sph.com.sg),我们会尽快处理。

 

隐私声明:

ZShop认同保护用户隐私是一个非常重要的社会原则。我们不会向任何第三方披露、转让、出租或者出售交易用户名单、交易记录等涉及消费者个人信息的数据以及您保存在当各项服务中的非公开内容。我们只将在新加坡报业控股内部使用您的信息,并在我们的电脑上储存与进行安全保护。您了解并同意,ZShop集品店有权根据相应法律法规或政府部门的要求,向其提供您在当填写的注册信息和交易纪录等必要信息。如您涉嫌侵犯他人权益,则当亦有权在初步判断涉嫌侵权行为存在的情况下,向权利人提供您必要的身份信息。 

使用ZShop平台付款即表示您已详细阅读并接受以上条款。

ZShop (zshop.zaobao.sg) is a e-commerce platform set up by Singapore Press Holdings Limited Chinese Media Group. Kindly note the followings terms and condition when using ZShop:

 

Mailing Information:

(Update) As of 8 July 2019, ZShop will be using SingPost Trackable Shipping, as well as M4 Solutions Door-to-Door Service as our main delivery partners.  

We'll take 3 workings days (excluding weekends) to send your items for mailing once you’ve purchased them from ZShop. And according to the official website from SingPost, they will take 2 ~ 5 working days (excluding weekends) to deliver the items to you. Whereas, M4 Solutions will take around 1 ~ 2 days (excluding weekends) for the items to reach you.

(As of 7/7/2019) ZShop will be using SingPost to in delivering the parcel in Singapore. There’s 2 delivery method, Standard Shipping as well as Trackable Shipping.

We'll take 3 workings days (excluding weekends) to send your items for mailing once you’ve purchased them from ZShop. And according to official website from SingPost, they will take 2 ~ 5 working days (excluding weekends) to deliver the items to you.

Also, due to some unforeseen circumstances, some customers have tried waiting for 1 month for the parcel to arrive. Thus, should you have any doubts or urgent needs, we'll encourage you to use Trackable Shipping instead, as this will allows you to track you parcel.

Next, when placing an order, kindly fill in the correct / actual name, delivery address, as well as your contact number. ZShop will not be responsible for cases such as:

1) Particulars wrongly keyed-in or not detailed enough;

2) No one to collect upon the arrival of parcel;

3) Unforeseen force majeure such as: natural disasters, riots, government actions, etc;

4) Items that does not require shipment;

5) Opting for SingPost standard delivery method but faced late in delivery or lost in parcel etc.  

*Note: Time of delivery may vary if your date or purchase is during any festive season. Should these event occurs, our shop will make an announce as well.

 

Cancelling of Order:

All orders will be considered as a confirmed transaction, thus ZShop is able to provide a refund only if the customer make a purchase on the same item repeatedly.

Should you realised that there’s a repeated in the items you purchased, kindly send your Order ID to ZShop via zshop@sph.com.sg. Should the items yet to be delivered, we’ll be able to cancel the order of make a refund.

 

Returning of Goods:

Goods sold by ZShop are easily damaged, thus, we do not accept any return of good once after delivery is made. ZShop will only exceptionally process refunds only if the goods have been damaged at the time of delivery. We hope to seek your understanding in this case.

Should you encounter damaged goods upon arrival, kindly take a photo together with the package and email it to ZShop (zshop@sph.com.sg) with your order ID. We will process it as soon as possible.

 

Privacy Statement:

ZShop agrees that protecting user privacy is a very important social principle. We will not disclose, transfer, rent or sell to any third party the list of transaction users, transaction records, and other data relating to the consumer's personal information and the non-public content that you keep in the services. We will only use your information internally within Singapore Press Holdings, store and secure it on our computers with safety precaution taken. You understand and agree that ZShop has the right to provide you with the necessary information such as registration information and transaction records that you have filled out in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations or the requirements of government departments. If you are suspected of infringing on the rights of others, you also have the right to provide the necessary identity information to the right holder in the initial judgment of the alleged violation.

By making transactions with ZShop, it means that you’ve read and agreed to the terms and conditions listed as per above.
